ABOUT KAUSHLESH "GARRY" PUROHIT

Kaushlesh "Garry" Purohit is a Los Angeles-based recording, mixing, and mastering engineer with more than a decade in the music business. He graduated from Berklee College of Music in Boston, moved to Los Angeles in 2017, and began working at Rick Rubin's Shangri-La Studio in Malibu.

 

He has worked with artists including Harry Styles, Kendrick Lamar, Shawn Mendes, Carlos Santana, and Coldplay, and has earned multiple Grammy nominations and a Grammy win: Best Alternative Music Album (2023) for boygenius' The Record.
